"Security and changelessness are fabricated by the ego-dominated mind and do not exist in nature. To accept insecurity and commit oneself to the unknown creates a relaxing faith in the universe." - Ho-Tei, Japanese zen master
Cyberjam Collection compiles ten tracks that had originally been released on the following albums:
This compilation contains no new material. Note that the tracks from Goblins Club are taken from the re-released album from 2004, so some of the tracks are slightly remixed or shortened, compared to the original versions from 1996. The live version of the composition Pilots Of Purple Twilight had already been titled wrongly Exit on its original release on i-Box; this error appears in the track list of this compilation as well.
Cyberjam Collection had initially been released as a virtual album in January 2007, available from the Tangerine Dream Download Shop only. Eventually, in June 2007, it became available as CD release as well.
Regarding the initial Eastgate CD release, neither CD nor the paper inserts show any order number or barcode, but the number given below is the order number the Eastgate Music Shop lists this release.
In March 2009 the album was re-released with different cover design as part of an extensive digipack series (consisting of a total of more than 60 CD and DVD releases) by the Germany based Membran record label, and in March 2010 it was re-released in Japan as part of a series of HiQualityCDs with mini LP paper sleeves. In September 2010 the album was re-released as part of the box set The Electronic Journey.
