Notes

A concert souvenir, a reminder of old TD days and a collector's item as well -- TD's Limited World Tour Edition 1997 CD hits all the three features: It was available on their concerts during their 1997 Europe and UK tour only, it contains remixed versions of their 1982 top ten hit in Germany, Das Mädchen auf der Treppe, and it was offered in a special, numbered edition of 5,000 copies. In some way, it appears similar to the Shepherds Bush CD sold only at the TD concert in London in November 1996.

Das Mädchen auf der Treppe has been made up with modern equipment and in TD's modern style of the late '90s; several new sounds and a strong rhythm have been added without turning the track into a remake like on The Dream Mixes. It appears in two Rien ne va plus versions, a shorter Sunset Radio Mix and a longer Sunrise Club Mix. The song title, except the word "Mädchen" (girl), has been translated to English.

The third track, Order Of The Ginger Gild, is a previously unreleased modern piece that reminds slightly to Sojus from The Dream Mixes as well as to some reworked but unknown material from the Exit period. Some sound and voice samples, especially towards the end of the track, strongly remind to Goblins Club, for example on At Darwin's Motel.

At the first look, the CD may appear like a square-shaped 3"-CD showing the TDI logo on black and silver ground. The silver playing track of the CD body exactly covers the circle area of the TDI logo. However, the CD is not a shape at all -- the logo just has been printed in 3" size onto a 5"-CD made of clear plastic.
