Notes | The sixth set of the Tangerine Tree fan project starts with a brilliant and complete audience recording with a sound quality that might even be better than that of the FM broadcast of this unique performance. Tangerine Tree Volume 49: Berlin 1990 was released about the same time as the official album East which was released as a single CD only, featuring only one the five encores. At least three of these missing tracks were made available to a small number of fans on the limited East (Bonus Disc) release. Anyway, the Tangerine Tree release features the complete concert including all encores, so it is a nice counterpart to the official album. |

With Tangerine Tree X, released in summer 2006, this volume has been re-released, providing a much clearer sounding version of this concert. |
